Preset Manager A/B Buttons

Hello guys. I searched the web, but does anyone know any sensible documentation on how to work with the preset manager, or do you have any code examples for training? The standard implementation, after a host reboot, erases the presets in the remaining slots, is this reasonable? We are talking about the A/B buttons. Thanks!
