Plead for oversampling example

Hi,

is there any chance of getting a clear oversampling example as it was IPlugDistortion in iPlug1, but based on the HIIR oversampling library?

I found some lines of relevant code Oli nicely posted, but as I am bad at C++ (and good only at copy&paste), I could not figure it out.
