Transport bar changes

I have a problem with my 16-step sequencer. When the user manually moves the transport bar in the DAW, my sequencer gets out of sync.

I would be grateful if somebody can come up with a solution for this or point me in the right direction.

I solved this by compare previous sample position with the new sample position.
